Role&Responsibilities:

• This involves outreach initiatives to collect, update, and verify data related to Healthcare Professionals, facilities, and other service providers.
• Conducting outreach campaigns to verify and validate the information of healthcare providers.
• Meeting daily/ weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual.
• This ensures that the data in the provider directory is accurate and up to date.
• Flexible to work from home/ office and additional hours/ OT or Weekend hours as per business needs.
• Process improvement initiative.
• Handling outbound Calls.

Qualifications&Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
• Graduate in any stream (No Btech).
• Good computer skills including MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable with WFO-Work from the office.
• Comfortable with the night shift.
