Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and leveraging social media platforms to expand the client base.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring clear, responsive communication and alignment on goals.
- Client Brief Translation & Execution: Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery across Content, Design, Production & Post Production teams.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with teams across content, production, finance and Post Production to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
- Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Client Concerns & Expectations Management: Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and resolve issues with professionalism and transparency.
- Client Retention & Growth: Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on client industries, digital trends, and emerging tools to bring strategic value and insights to client conversations and business development efforts.
- Business Tracker: Regularly update and maintain a business tracker to monitor lead generation, client communications, project status, and overall performance, ensuring that key metrics and deadlines are met and that opportunities for growth are tracked efficiently.
Required Qualification's:
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a creative or digital setup.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, manage timelines, and facilitate feedback and coordination across multiple teams.
- Comfortable with digital content, social media platforms, and understanding of the digital landscape.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively solve problems.
- A strong focus on client satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and proactively managing both new business opportunities and existing accounts.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality results.
