Job Responsibilities:

• Understand memory compiler features & architecture and Develop memory Silicon Validation Test plan..
• Testchip Silicon Data Analysis, debugs & consolidation of results
• Exposure to test program development & debug
• Resolves issues in creative ways.
• Technical interfacing & interactions with multiple teams across sites.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of SRAM, Memory Bit Cell & Operation of CMOS circuits
• Exposure to EDA/CAD tools - schematic, layout, spice simulation…
• Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills & teamwork
• Working tcl/ perl/ python know-how.
• Exposure to Pattern generation, Electrical test.

Basic Fundamentals :

• Basics of Digital design (realization of Boolean function using Gates, Mux etc)
• Strong CMOS fundamentals
• Knowledge of CMOS fabrication
• Good digital design knowledge
• Exposure to basic analog fundamentals
