Job Responsibilities:

• Handling calls related to queries, surveys,s, and feedback.
• Handling customer & merchant calls.
• Handling inquiries and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
• Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.

Qualifications&Skills:

• Freshers with good communication in English & Hindi can apply.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi. (Hindi is Mandatory).
• Voice/ Semi Voice/ Tele calling/ Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
• Good typing skills (25 – 30 WPM).
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
• Candidate should be willing to work from office.
• One-way cab facility. (Based on shifts).
