Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting the resource portfolio management tools
• Production support and enhancements for a resource and portfolio management application
• Administration activities and version upgrades of the application
• Configuring reports and updating the dashboards
• Coordinating and integrating with third party applications like Workday, SAP etc
• Documenting the major changes using the internal data privacy application tools and ensue compliance
• Act as a Go-To person for all resource portfolio tool technical solutions

Required Qualification's:

• 1-3 Years of solid experience in administration, configuration and cloud-based software solutions like Tempus
• Freshers can also apply
• Experience with integrating with HCM tools like Workday, Salesforce etc
• Practical experience with Rest APIs, ETLs etc.
• Version upgrade projects experience for cloud-based applications
