Job Responsibilities:

• Enquiry handling of slurry pumps and other mineral processing products.
• Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction objective of the organization. Maximize market share of Weir Minerals product range in the region.
• Proposal preparations and participation in techno-commercial discussions. Customer account receivable management.
• Gather market information and analyse them to execute regional strategy

Lean Responsibilities:

• To support lean initiatives of the company and to be capable of implementing lean in all activities performed.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety norms as per Weir group SHE policy

Key Performance Indicators:

• Demonstrate sales skills and product knowledge Achieve monthly and annual objectives set by the company. Receivable management

Qualification:

Required :

• Bachelor of Engineering / Masters in Mechanical or Minerals Processing Engineering

Specific experience requirement:

• Knowledge in Industrial pumps
• Selling skills
