Job Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and administer procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
Establish and measure KPIs to monitor all HR operations that affect quality standards.
Maintain records of quality control reports, audit results, and statistical reviews.
Ensure our internal HR operations meet all legal guidelines and standards.
Participate in quality control testing and communicate parameters to the QA team.
Review client, customer, and employee feedback to improve Quality.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes activities to identify areas for improvement.

Qualification&Skills:

Understanding of HR processes and experience managing similar processes for US clients
12-24 months of experience in an HR Process Quality role.
Familiarity with QC standards and best practices
Knowledge of best HR practices
Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven
Excellent reporting and good project management skills
Graduate (Any Stream)
