• Good Verbal and Written Communication skill
• MIS experience is must & good proficiency in MS office
• Negotiation Skills
• Interpersonal skills, connect with people and teams
• able to manage Desktop/Laptop Machines basic issues
• SuccessFactor Administration LMS knowledge & end to end management
• Ready to learn new tools (LMS & Assessment Tool)
• Training room and vendor management
• End to end training management, followup with Vendor.
• Purchase requisition & Invoice processing for external training
• Processing faculty incentive for internal trainers
• Collecting and sending feedback to Trainer and Training manager after training
