Educational Qualification for NSSCDCL Recruitment 2023:

• General Manager: Candidates with Post Graduation in M.Tech/ M.Arch with 10 years of experience in relevant field OR Graduation in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience in relevant field. Candidates with Ph.D. in Urban Infrastructure planning or designing or management or execution will be preferred.
• General Manager (E-Governance Division): Candidates with Post Graduation in Information Technology with 10 years of experience in relevant field. OR Graduation in Information technology with 15 years of experience in relevant field Candidates with Ph.D. in e-governance will be preferred.
• Project Manager: Candidates with Post Graduation in M.Tech/M.Arch, with 10 years of experience in relevant field OR Graduation in civil Engineering, with 15 years of experience in relevant field
• Chief Knowledge Officer (E-Governance Division): Candidates with Post Graduation in Information Technology, with 10 years of experience in relevant field OR Graduation in IT engineering/Computer Science, with 15 years of experience in relevant field
• Project Executive: Candidates with Post Graduation in concerned subject with Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field

Educational Qualification:

• Programmer, System Analyst, Computer Operator (E-Governance Division): Candidates with Post Graduation in Information Technology or equivalent with Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
• The officer on Special duty (Technical): Candidates with Engineering graduation with minimum 2 years of experience out of which at least 1 of year experience in relevant field with state government. OR Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience of ULB
• Officer on Special duty (Non – Technical): Any graduate candidate with minimum 2 years of experience out of which at least 1 year of experience with state government in Administration OR HSSC with minimum 15 years of experience of ULB
• Accounts Officer: Candidates with Post Graduation in commerce or MBA finance With 6 years of experience in relevant field
• Legal Assistant: Candidates with Graduation in Law with 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Superintendent: Any graduate candidate with Diploma in Local Self Government
