JNTUK-How to apply Original Degree (OD)

Original Degree is basically given to the students after completion of their B.Tech Course. This Original Degree is vey useful to the Students for their Career. JNTUK Fifth Convocation Notification & Schedule 2015 ( V Convocation) is released. The Fifth Convocation of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada announced the schedule. JNTUK decided to held the convocation in Last Week of October 2015 for the students who have completed degree programmes in the academic years 2013-14 & 2014-15. The date and venue of Convocation, Gold medalist details, fee and other details can be viewed From www.jntuk.edu.in.

Procedure for Applying JNTUK OD Online

For Scanned Copies converting procedure

• Applying for online OD is Exteded upto : 26/9/2015.
• Uploading of Personel details and Educational details is done only after the next day of payment.
• The candidates who are passed outs in the previous years (like: 2013,2012 etc) are request to apply online offline by posting the application to the controller of examinations or by submitting at Examination counter in University.
• Ph.D. candidates submit your application at ce office (not through online).

• The application can be submitted ONLINE from 24-08-2015
• The last date for the submission of online applications is extended up to (26-09-2015).

Documents Required to Apply an OD

Procedure to apply online for JNTUK OD

• First Candidate need to Goto the official website for registration: www.jntuk.edu.in
• Enter the Hall Ticket Number
• Select the Original Degree Give details such as Name, Course, Information.
• Click on Submit and Make Conformation
• Select the Payment option and pay the fee
• Take Print out of the E-receipt application
• System will take 6 to 8 Hours to get your information from Bank
• On Next day Candidate need to log in at www.jntuk.edu.in
• Enter reference number (DU) of Payment and contact number Etc and click submit button
• Give Details all the details such as Name Father name. Here given name and all information that appeared in the SSC.
• Upload recent color Photograph in the JPG or JPEG Format. Maximum size is 100 KB.
• Submit all the information
• Upload the Scanned copies of PC, CMM Certificate Etc
• Unique number is generated note done it.
• Finally download the Acknowledgement receipt. Kindly Read all the information at www.jntuk.edu.in. Follow all the instructions.

List of copies to be enclosed to the application for processing OD:

• DD in favour of the Registrar, JNTUK, Kakinada payable at Kakinada. (Name and H.T. Number shall be written on the back side of Demand draft)
  Fees inclusive of Postage :
  • In Convocation (In Absentia) : Rs 1500/-
  • Pre-Convocation : Rs. 3,500/-
  • Post Convocation : Rs. 1500/- + ( Late fee of Rs. 500/- per every year).
