Institute Of Banking Personal Selection

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection  is an autonomous board in India. It was started in 1975. Initially it was started as as Personnel Selection Services (PSS).  IBPS became an independent body in 1984. IBPS is a self governed academic and research oriented Institute. The IBPS  mission is enhancing human resource development through personnel assessment. IBPS started a Common Written Examination (CWE) for the selection Officers and Clerks in 2011. The selected candidates are placed in National banks. The candidate who want to place in any 20 public sector and Regional Rural banks are must qualify in IBPS CWE. IBPS periodically accepts the exam applications from the candidates at ibps official website. IBPS exams are organized at various locations in the country in online mode.

Nationality For IBPS RRB Office Assistant

IBPS RRB Clerk Eligibility 2025 of Nationality as follow

A candidate must be either
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
