Osmania University conducts this Physical Education Common Entrance Test for the candidates to provide admissions into various B.P.Ed.(2 Years) and U.G.D.P.Ed. (2 Years) Courses. Osmania University conducts this PECET 2024 Exam on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education for the year 2024.

Telangana State PECET is conducted by Osmania University. This University was established in the year 1918 & OU is the seventh oldest university in India country. Osmania University was the first University to provide higher education through Urdu as the medium of instruction. It is the largest affiliating University with close to 800 affiliated colleges spread over Telangana. Osmania University was providing academic and research facilities for nearly five lakh students. It has been ranked 7th among the top Indian Universities as per the recent survey. Osmania University is responsible for conducting entrance exams for the candidates to provide admissions to various Universities and Colleges in Telangana State.

Telangana PECET Exam Pattern 2024

The Physical Education Common Entrance Test is conducted for providing admission to the students into B.P.Ed (two years) and U.G.D.P.Ed (Two years). The Exam Pattern is common for both the Tests. Physical Education has Two Parts. They are

Skill Test in Game –  100 Marks

Physical Education Test – 400 Marks

Physical Efficiency Test Pattern

NOTE:

The Candidate has to choose either High Jump or Long Jump. The candidate has to mention option in the application. Changing of an option at the time of test is not available.
