Who can apply for SSB Recruitment 2019 for CTS (GD) Posts??

Candidates who have minimum 03 years regular service in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and have passed 10th class or matriculation are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of regular service in SSB.
• Have a minimum educational qualification of 10th Class or Matriculation.
• Must have medical category SHAPE-I.
• Must have a clean service record in the preceding 3 years of service.
• APAR grading for preceding 3 years (i.e. 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-
  18) should not below “Good” (not below 04 numbers in APAR).
• The crucial date to determine the completion of 3 years regular
  service as CTs (Tradesmen & Orderlies) in the force will be 1
  51 January 2019.
• The cut off date for determining the eligibility criteria will be
  01/0112019 repeat ls’ January 2019.

• Maximum Age – 35 Years

Who can apply for SSB Recruitment 2019 for Sub Inspector (SI) Posts??

Candidates who are a serving Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) of SSB having the under mentioned eligibility criteria to appear in Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for the post of SubInspector (Ministerial) in SSB for the year 2018. Also, ASI(Min) of SSB with not less than three 03(three) years regular service in the grade as on 1st April 2018 (i.e. on 31.03.2018 the applicant should have completed three years of regular service as ASI/Min).

NOTE: Officials who are on deputation to the post of ASI(Min) in SSB shall not be eligible for appearing in LDCE for the post of SI (Min).

Educational Qualification:

• In RRs, the post of Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) is a promotional post.
• Therefore, promotee ASI(Min) will be eligible for LDCE irrespective of their educational qualifications.

Age Limit:

• No Age Limit

Relaxation will be given for reserved category candidates as per Government norms.

Exam Pattern:

Pass Marks: The minimum qualifying marks of written examination will be 50% for UR candidate and 45% for SC & ST Candidate. A candidate will have to pass each paper separately
